The hotel’s popular “Pizza, Pasta & More” menu, which features a bountiful buffet of Prime beef specialties, such as Roasted Beef Prime Ribs, served with Grilled Vegetables and Au Jus, Beef Bourguignon served with Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Butter Bread, Beef Brisket Slow-Cooked for 24 hours served with Spaghetti, Sushi & Sashimi Japanese Station, including Salmon, Tuna, Hamachi, and Hotate. The meal will be complemented by festive favourites, including Roasted Turkey with all the trimmings, Baked Salmon, Beef Wellington, Traditional sweets, including Stollen Cake, Yule Log Cake, Christmas Cookies, Classic Apple Strudel served with Vanilla Sauce, Panettone and Gelato.
