Bangkok, May 2026 – Le Méridien Bangkok introduces new additions to its popular “Beyond Brunch” experience at Tempo, alongside a limited-time promotional offer.
The refreshed Sunday brunch menu features a selection of new à la carte creations including Pan-Seared Scallop with cauliflower cream soup and chorizo, Braised Wagyu Beef Ravioli with Parmesan foam, Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Basque salsa verde, and Seared Duck Breast with berry-red wine reduction. Guests can also enjoy lighter dishes such as Tuna Tartare with avocado and Citrus Crab Salad with mango and passion fruit gelée, followed by the Golden Pumpkin & Coconut Mousse Vitality dessert.
To celebrate the updated menu, Beyond Brunch is now available at a special price of THB 1,390++ per person, reduced from THB 1,790++, from now until 31 August 2026.
