The new 3-course lunch menu begins with starter selections, New England Clam Chowder - Boston’s popular dish consisting of clams and New Zealand mussels cooked with butter, potatoes and bacon into a creamy soup, served with crispy garlic bread. Spicy Grilled Beef Salad - medium-rare grilled Wagyu with a side of Thai-style salad finished with crispy fried shallots and young coriander, or Grains Salad - dressed in kale pesto and Greek yoghurt.  The main course selection comprises Confit Duck Leg – a baked confit duck in a coal-fired oven for a crispy texture, served with mashed potatoes, baked Comte cheese and peppercorn chicken jus.
