 | J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain at U Sathorn Bangkok, received its first star in the inaugural edition of the Michelin Guide Bangkok. To celebrate this, and to thank all of its supporters in Thailand, 2-Michelin Starred Chef Jean-Michel Lorain will return to create your favourite signature dishes for the past three years, from June 21 to 24 at the acclaimed restaurant. Some of the mouth-watering dishes include steamed sea bass served with celeriac julienne and truffle butter; pan-seared scallop with pumpkin purée, wild mushrooms and piron sauce; and roasted Maine lobster with an endive fondue and fregula à la carbonara. There is an 8-course menu available for lunch and dinner priced at B4,899 per person, and a 5-course menu priced at B2,999 per person available for lunch only.
