Michelin-starred Italian chef Felice Lo Basso to guest at The Allium Bangkok, The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok

Italian chef Felice Lo Basso, whose Felix Lo Basso Restaurant in Milan has a Michelin star, will be guest chef at The Allium Bangkok (formerly The Reflexions), on 3rd floor at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, from 10 to 12 October 2019, where he will be presenting set lunch and dinner menus.
 
The three-plate Sampler lunch menu is priced at Baht 1,800++ per person, and Baht 2,480++ with wine pairing, while the five-plate Signature lunch menu is Baht 2,500++ and Baht 3,480++ per person.
 
During the evenings, the dinner menu is a choice of the seven-plate Classic menu, at Baht 3,200++, and Baht 4,880++ with wine, and the nine-plate Degustation menu at Baht 3,600++, and Baht 5,580++.

Felice Lo Basso comes from Puglia, a coastal region that extends into the heel of Southern Italy. He has also lived in the Dolomite Mountains in South Tyrol for 12 years. Chef Lo Basso's cuisine therefore showcases a combination of delicate flavors from different regions of Italy.
 
He opened his first restaurant in 2016 in Milan, the Felix Lo Basso Restaurant, which received a Michelin star the same year. Two years later, he opened another restaurant, Memorie Di Felix Lo Basso, in his homeland of Puglia.
 
At The Athenee Hotel, Chef Lo Basso will be preparing dishes that are based upon traditional cooking styles and recipes from the mountainous north of Italy and the coastal regions of the south, using authentic ingredients and with an extra styling that has brought this outstanding chef his Michelin star.
