Hello there, it’s me Miss T. From Vietnam’s glorious café apartment and New York’s glitzy coffeehouses to the chicest French caffeination stations, I’ve café-hopped to indulge in delicious croissants, baguettes and of course the most aromatic coffee beverages. As a result, I was able learned all about the craft myself. My globetrotting experience has allowed me to discover my passion in brewing great coffee and fostering an environment that encourages culinary art. These personal memories inspired my journey to create my own beachfront paradise, an eatery where I curate and showcase my classic favorites and original creations. I decided Hua Hin was the place for Miss T Café & Restaurant as I accidentally came across the panoramic beachfront. After a short two hours’ drive from Bangkok, I was sitting on the Cha am beach and appreciating a beautiful sunrise; I was overjoyed that I had discovered the perfect harmony between the peace of this blooming nature and the hustle and bustle of the
city that I have not left far behind. Mesmerized by the ambiance, I confirmed my decision in that whirlwind of the moment to have Miss T Café & Restaurant situated upon this spectacular backdrop of the Gulf of Thailand.
Unable to decide on the design, the only thing I could do is to bring together everything that I truly love. At Miss T Café & Restaurant, a beautiful and elegant modern high-ceiling glass house boasts a touch of vintage with a mixture of bright colors. The indoor eatery boasts a setting of 100 seats and the outdoors can accommodate an additional 100 people. The outside beach café is decorated with a touch of Bali paired with a Santa Monica-inspired vibe, bringing you the ultimate laid-back island life. A fusion of other fashionable and collective items that I have gathered over the years are also showcased in perfect symphony. Either way, I made sure every corner and every photograph in my café will be fabulous and Instagram-able!

Now, the food is something I am proud of. Miss T’s menu consists of my classic Thai favorites such as Khao Soi Gai and Sizzling Seafood in Pepper Sauce. If you’re feeling adventurous and looking for some fusion wonders, my original creations of Tom Yam Kung Burger, stir-fried Krapow Carborana, Pancakes with Taro sauce and Bua Loy, and Sleeping Bear in a Basket garlic fried rice will definitely keep you and your friends happy and insta-busy.
When visiting Miss T, no doubt you’ll need to try our homemade original roasts. Taro Mo Kaeng Latte, a delightful combination of double espresso and taro and more yummy ingredients that come together as a creation that I can guarantee you have never had before. Feeling Green? The Red Bean Pudding White Malt Matcha, I am confident will be a crowd favourite. Made with Japanese matcha, tago chewy cream and red bean pudding, this milk tea will satisfy all your sugary cravings perfectly. The cool kid in the beverage aisle, The Pineapple Yuzu Rose is a refreshing drink that will be a hit for anyone looking to beat the beachy heat. Last but certainly not the least, we have whipped up The Marshmallow Passionfruit, a lip-smacking and unique beverage that can be your energizing pick-me-up drink in the afternoon! Made up of passionfruit, spicy mango and topped with marshmallows, it is packed with delicious fruity
flavours. But if you’re craving a cute yet glamourous glass of alcohol, I highly suggest the Cherry Blossom cocktail.
There’s nothing like ending your meal with a sweet burst of flavors. When the sweet tooth comes knockin', I never resist, and neither should you. Try my signature Caramel Cheesecake cloud. It will have you coming back for more!
