The tantalising flavours and textures of traditional Spanish tapas are now available every Friday and Saturday evening at Mondo, the stylish ground floor bar and lounge at the Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit.
Mondo’s new ‘Bubbalicious’ menu offers an unlimited selection of hot and cold tapas dishes for a set price of THB 975 net (including free-flow soft drinks, juices and mocktails).

The classic tapas dishes include Mediterranean Salpicon (Prawns, mussels and squid marinated in Champagne and Chiang Mai honey vinaigrette, with sun-dried cherry tomatoes, red onion and garden leaves), Gravlax and caviar (Sliced salmon in Swedish marinade with caramelized, French goats’ cheese, Dijon mustard dressing, arugula and caviar), Iberian ham and Manchego (Sliced Iberian aged ham, Manchego cheese on a crispy toast with fresh tomato sauce and Kalamata olives), Duck Breast and Italian Cheese (Smoked duck breast with provolone, harissa, confit garlic, stone oven-baked bell peppers and pan-caramelized onions), Croquetas (Smooth dee-fried balls made with porcini mushrooms and flavored with a light touch of white pepper and nutmeg) and Octopus and Foie Gras (grilled Atlantic octopus tentacle with seared French foie gras, braised fennel bulb and balsamic emulsion).
Chef Enrique’s new dishes also include pan-fried Australian Wagyu beef with truffle espuma, charred shallots and grilled mushrooms, Ajillo-style River prawns (Traditional garlic and olive flash-fried shrimps with chili macerated cauliflower and white miso emulsion) and Mondo bravas (Olive oil confit potatoes stuffed with chorizo, signature spicy brava sauce and imported cheese).

Guests wishing to add some real sparkle to their tapas experience at Mondo can select the free-flow drinks package featuring sangrias, cocktails, selected beers, wine and sparkling rosé (THB 1,199 net fully inclusive).

The free-flow Champagne package, featuring the delightful Ernest Rapeneau label from the famous village of Hautvillers (where the Benedictine monk Dom Perignon developed the art of Champagne making at the Abbey of St. Peter), is priced at THB 1,625 net.
