The exclusive a la carte selection, meticulously crafted by Mott 32 Group Executive Chef Lee Man Sing together with Executive Chinese Chef Han Long Hua, is an invitation to experience the delightful richness and versatility of plant-based ingredients.
A delectable dim sum selection (offered at lunchtime only) opens with delicate Morel Siu Mai Dumplings with Water Chestnut and Assorted Mushrooms; Four Seasons Dumplings seasoned to perfection; and crispy Cheung Fun with Mushrooms and Carrot. Guests can also savor the earthy flavors and satisfying textures of Wild Mushroom Spring Rolls, and Pan-Fried Wild Mushrooms with Black Truffle and Tofu Skin Rolls as part of Mott 32’s exquisite dim sum feast.
