COMO Metropolitan Bangkok has reopened its one Michelin star Thai restaurant nahm and welcoming back diners with new lunch and dinner dishes, offering a choice of set menu and a la carte options in a stylish and warm atmosphere.

Under Chef Pim Techamuanvivit, nahm has defined Thai food and Thai hospitality, making the restaurant a place where guests feel they are visiting the home of a Thai friend, and enjoying authentic cuisine that Chef Pim has created using heritage recipes and ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and specialist suppliers. "Cooking is the work of actually putting together delicious food and sourcing good ingredients,” says Chef Pim. “I can’t make good food without good ingredients. I find ingredients by going to markets all the time and tasting everything.”

Throughout the past couple months, and with Head Chef Pete at the helm, the kitchen team have been working hard to prepare the restaurant for the reopening. The result is an elaborate selection
of Thai dishes offered for both lunch and dinner, using premium ingredients sourced from sustainable sources from all over Thailand. For set meals, nahm is offering two sets. Essence, priced at 1,900++ baht, comprises four courses of delectable traditional Thai dishes, including miang of river prawn, chicken, green mango, snake fruit and herb served on betel leaves; spicy Chiang Mai laap of guinea fowl, crisp alliums, and herbs; and wild prawns from Songkhla with tamarind and ginger.
Another set, Heritage, priced at 2,500++ baht, delights food lovers with stellar Thai dishes such as grilled banana leaf packet with blue swimmer crab, wild prawn, and red grouper fish seasoned with wild ginger and red curry paste; and angry beef, which is stir-fried Wagyu beef with young coconut shoots, basil, and green peppercorns.

The reopening also comes with a la carte options for both lunch and dinner, offering diners the chance to experience a variety of Thai dishes and explore the unique charms of traditional Thai culinary experiences. The menu includes a variety of kanom jin dishes with different curries and
condiments, a selection of mouth-watering canapes and appetisers, soups and curries, wok-fried and grilled dishes as well as desserts, with prices starting from 350++ baht.

nahm opens for lunch from 12.00pm to 2.00pm and dinner from 6.30pm to 9.00pm on Thursdays to Sundays. The restaurant closes from Mondays to Wednesdays. For reservation, please contact +662 625 3388 or nahm.met.bkk@comohotels.com
