The luxurious dinner will be highlighted by menu options of Australian beef tenderloin in truffle oil and red wine or black Seafood Casimir with Alaskan Crab, Tiger Prawn, New Zealand Mussels and Seabass Fillet. Following dinner, music by a live DJ will help count down the year’s end up on the rooftop bar, and dinner guests will also have access to the Rainforest Rooftop Bar.
