The Golden Duck comes in 4 flavours: Salted Egg Fish Skin, a crispy fish skin coated with salted egg yolks cured to the hue of golden sunlight and real curry leaves. Salted Egg Yolk Potato Crisps, a thin freshly-sliced potato covered with salted egg yolk. Then comes the flawless balancing of the sweetness real crab meat, roasted seaweed and a rich salted egg in Salted Egg Crab Seaweed Tempura. And definitely, one of Singapore's national dishes – the signature Singapore Chilli Crab Seaweed Tempura including the light, crusty tempura batter with the real crab meat and warm spiciness.
