Bangkok, Thailand, October 27, 2025 – The Siam Tea Room, the elegant and authentic waterside restaurant at Asiatique The Riverfront, invites loved ones to come together and celebrate Loy Krathong, Thailand’s most magical festival, with a sparkling culinary journey on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Couples, families and friends can savor the “Flavors of the Moonlight” – a choice of premium set menus and à la carte delights that showcase the finest Thai ingredients from land and sea, all cooked to perfection in traditional styles with a contemporary twist.
 
On 5 November 2025, Guests who crave fresh seafood can discover the Mixed Ocean Menu (THB 2,500++), which features whole barramundi fish in a choice of three styles (steamed with spicy seafood dressing, steamed with soy sauce, spring onion & fresh chili, or deep-fried with fish sauce & mango salad), fresh river prawns and Lay Lanta squid (cooked either in a spicy & sour soup, chargrilled with tamarind chili paste & fresh chili-lime sauce, or steamed with fresh lime & bird’s eye chili), and a choice of four Chonburi oysters with spicy chili paste, fried shallots, and fresh chili-lime dressing, or half a kilo of Samut Songkhram cockles (grilled or boiled).
 
Diners can also embark on an epicurean adventure to Thailand’s sustainable farms with a mesmerizing meat-based menu. The Mixed Farm Menu (THB 2,000++) comprises half a local chicken (either cooked Hat Yai-style with garlic & shallots, or barbecued and served with a choice of condiments), baby back ribs (half a rack, barbecued and served with a choice of condiments), and six-hour smoked beef brisket in a choice of four timeless Thai cooking styles. These delicacies will be accompanied with mixed satay skewers, spicy green papaya salad, and steamed sticky rice with tamarind & dried chili sauce and roasted rice.
 
All other guests on this auspicious occasion can choose from an exclusive selection of à la carte delicacies from the land and sea. The Ocean Menu showcases whole grouper or barramundi, whole black crab or blue swimming crab, river prawns, Lay Lanta squid, Chonburi oysters or Samut Songkhram cockles cooked in a variety of tempting Thai styles, while the Farm Menu presents Korat chicken, six-hour smoked beef brisket, baby back ribs, mixed satay and more, all enhanced with authentic Thai flavors. Every evening can end on a sweet note with a  buffet-style Thai Dessert Station, including cakes, coconut ice cream, and tropical fruits.
 
This culinary celebration continues throughout Loy Krathong week, from November 3-9, 2025, with a series of  sublime set menus. The Grilled Mixed Ocean Menu (THB 1,800++) features whole barramundi, sea prawns, blue crab and Lay Lanta squid, all chargrilled with tamarind, chili paste, and fresh chili & lime sauce, while the Grilled Mixed Farm Menu (THB 1,500++) showcases half a local chicken with sweet & sour fresh chili sauce, baby back ribs with roasted chili & makwaen dipping sauce, and six-hour smoked beef brisket, chargrilled and served with tamarind chili paste, accompanied with spicy green papaya salad and steamed sticky rice. For a romantic experience, six Fine de Clair Marennes-Oléron Oysters are enhanced with spicy chili paste, fried shallots, and fresh chili-lime sauce.
