One call does it all ICONSIAM launches ‘Call & Pick Up” service for health safety and convenience of Viz cardmembers

​In response to the policies to limit possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus by encouraging people to stay home, going out only when necessary and avoid high traffic areas, ICONSIAM has launched ‘Call & Pick Up’ service, available free-of-charge for all Viz cardmembers.

The new service facilitates its valued members on grocery and necessities shopping at Dear Tummy and Siam Takashimaya, G Floor, ICONSIAM, available today until 12 April 2020, from 10.00 – 16.00 hrs.

To enjoy this free service, offered with the utmost care of customer’s health safety, simply follows these steps;
-All Viz members including Viz Black Card, Viz Titanium Card and Viz White Card can call 02-495-7011 or 083-097-4622, from 10.00-16.00 hrs. (Last order at 15.15 hrs.) to place the orders. 

• Your personal assistants will take your shopping lists for Dear Tummy and Siam Takashimaya.

 

• Customers will first receive confirmation call for total payment. Then your personal assistants will prepare your orders. Your purchase will be ready to collect at Pick up Points, Entrance 10,  G Floor, Super Car parking zone, ICONSIAM.
•  Members or their assigned persons can drive through for the pick-up and make purchase via cash or internet banking.
