Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, the award-winning Cantonese dining destination at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is delighted to announced that it will open every day from 1st July 2022.
From this date onwards, guests can discover authentic upscale Chinese cuisine that blends classical recipes and contemporary cooking techniques every day of the week. Pagoda Chinese Restaurant is led by Chef Oscar Pun, a Hong Kong native whose extensive experience spans two decades in the kitchens of leading luxury hotels and top restaurants, including Michelin-starred venues in Beijing and Singapore.
Menu highlights include classic barbecued Peking duck, prepared in a distinctive Hong Kong style, Chef Oscar’s signature crispy roasted pork, which is marinated and baked three times, double-boiled fish maw soup with morel mushrooms, plus a selection of delectable dim sum, sumptuous steamed dumplings, perfect pork buns and more. These timeless dishes can be savored alongside a selection of premium Chinese teas and other fine beverages.
Set on the fourth floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Pagoda Chinese Restaurant features a refined main dining area with an interior design concept that reflects the grace and elegance of the Middle Kingdom. There are also seven private dining rooms which are perfect for special occasions such as business lunch and family dinner celebrations with up to 20 guests.
Effective 1st July 2022, this highly acclaimed restaurant will be open for lunch (11.30-14.30 hrs) and dinner (18.00-22.00 hrs), seven days a week. Last orders for food are taken at 21.45 hrs.
