Tuesday, 5 Feb 2019 marks the Chinese New Year. So, what not celebrate the start of the Chinese year ‘4717’ – the Year of the Pig – at Bangkok’s acclaimed Dynasty restaurant right in the heart of the city at Centara Grand at CentralWorld!
For this year’s special occasion, our team of chefs, who specialize in Cantonese, Chinese and other exotic Asian flavors, are hosting a feast to remember – so you can ‘pig out’ on one of our Chinese New Year Set Menus or any number of a la carte selections.
This annual event is all about coming together with friends and family, so our set menus have been designed for 10 or more persons and can be conveniently enjoyed at banquet-style roundtables.
Set 1 includes offerings such as Double boiled supreme shark’s fin with vegetable; Sautéed Conch shell and scallop with broccoli; Roasted chicken “Peking Style”; and Braised E-FU noodle with shredded roasted duck and crab meat – among other dishes. The price is THB 12,800++ / set (based on 10 people).
Set 2 features more extravagant selections like the whole Barbecued Suckling Pig; Pan-fried sliced Abalone with black mushroom in oyster sauce; Deep fried bamboo fish with light soya sauce; Four kinds of vegetable with crab meat and black mushroom and much more. This second set is priced at THB 16,900++ / set (based on 10 people).
Alongside a special a la carte menu, Dynasty’s Chinese New Year celebrations will also feature an incredible lion dancing show (don’t worry – our lion is very well trained not to knock over your table).
