We wish to pass on the standard of authentic Thai cuisine by launching our Royal Thai Summer Menu which brings together the touch of wisdom of Thai cuisine and Royal Thai recipes to all diners.
Chef Chumpol has championed authentic Thai flavors and meticulously prepared summer dishes that feature the finest locally grown produce and provides a culinary journey from plate to palate. This is an amazing opportunity to appreciate Royal Thai cuisine for all press and media.
It is an aesthetically arranged meal using the culinary crafts and seasonal wonders inspired by the old recipes with the exquisite dishes served on beautiful hand painted ceramic tableware once used in the Royal Palace during Rattanakosin era. • Coconut Smoke Home Made Pork Sausage Served with Ground River Fish Mixed with Ground Roasted Rice and Coconut Milk aromatic with Bitter Orange
• Fried River Fish Cake with Sweet and Sour sauce
• Khao-Chae (Cooked Rice Soaked in Iced Water and Eaten with the Usual Complementary Food, Chilled Rice)
• Traditional Thai Rice Noodles with Shrimp, Golden Beans, and Aromatic Coconut Sauce served with Fresh, Cooked, and Fried Vegetables
