The renowned Sunday Brunch by the River at Millennium Hilton Bangkok makes a comeback. The five-hour long experience reinvents itself and is set to redefine the Sunday scene by the Chao Phraya River.
 
To start your Sunday in style, head up to the ThreeSixty Jazz Lounge for aperitif drinks and canapés. Guests can pace themselves and take in the daytime view of Bangkok from the Thonburi side. Perched on the 32nd floor, the view is all encompassing. Allow for a moment of reflection and appreciation for this amazing city.
 
As guests head down to Flow restaurant, be excited as this brunch experience is unlike any other typical buffets. At 1:00 pm, the hotel begins with the yellowfin tuna cutting show.
 
For diners who select their brunches based on the presence of foie gras, the foie gras station here is not just a choice or corner, it is a pilgrimage. Among the offerings are Poached foie gras with flavour water, Special duck foie gras with pears Latin style, Pan fried foie gras with apple compote, figs & herbs, Pates and Rillettes, Duck rillettes with foie gras and Foie gras crème brûlée.
 
Salmon lovers, make your way to the salmon steak station. Hebridean Scottish smoked salmon is a must try. Steps away from it will be the Seafood on Ice corner - highlighting the best seafood from around the world, including Alaskan King Crab. All the restaurants in Millennium Hilton Bangkok will be showcasing their signature dishes in this brunch, truly making it a Symphony of Taste. Keep an eye out for the renowned Peking Duck alongside noted selections from their Chinese restaurant, Yuan.

“A Sunday brunch is for everyone. We are so honoured to recreate a great experience for our guests. The freshest of ingredients is key to our success,” said Shaiful Kassim, executive chef, Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
 
The first cheese room concept in Bangkok was pioneered by the team at Millennium Hilton Bangkok - and this too, is making a return with over 30 types of curated cheese from the best regions globally. A medley of pop-up culinary cart will appear during the prime time of this majestic brunch experience. This will be a special surprise from the chef of each outlet in the hotel.
 
Their Pastry Chef, Chef Urs from Switzerland, will showcase ice cream, chocolate whisky truffle and fresh strawberries, meringue and macaroon, alongside a wide array of international sweets and cakes.
 
The new Kids Zone is located on the 2nd floor and from 12 noon to 3:30 pm, a sanctuary for the young ones is made available. Staffed with an experienced team of nannies, there will be entertainment, movies and games for children. Special buffet line is included with pasta, mini burgers, chicken nuggets and fruit juices.

The Symphony of Taste: A Foodie’s Journey is an experience best shared with family and friends, and it caters perfectly for reunions and birthday celebrations. It is an ongoing promotion for 2019. A live jazz duo band accompanies Mr. Pakin from The Voice Thailand as he serenades us all and reminds us of the melodies of life.
