Our talented Thai chefs have revived a selection of traditional Thai dishes, using fresh seasonal ingredients and responsibly-sourced seafood, to create a dining experience that is as special as your precious mom.
Loved ones can meet in the heart of Sukhumvit and discover a choice of six special dishes, including savory lotus wrap with crunchy mackerel flakes, ginger, chili, lime, cashew nuts, and aromatic shrimp paste (THB 410++), garlic-fried mantis shrimp with spicy seafood sauce (THB 450++), and a fragrant coconut & galangal soup with line-caught squid and spring tamarind leaves (THB 480++).

Alternatively, our chef’s recipe of grilled tiger prawns with spiced star apple & mango salad (THB 790++) is a vibrant taste sensation, and deep-fried silver pomfret with Madan sauce, crispy shallots and dry chili (THB 520++) presents a highly sustainable fish from Southern Thailand’s pure seas. This enchanting afternoon or evening can conclude with a long-forgotten dessert of aromatic candle-smoked rice flour with coconut, slow-cooked pandan and palm sugar (THB 210++).
