“We’re very delighted about this collaboration with Aperol,” says Hamza Cofi, Executive Assistant Manager, Beverage & Food. “While the hotel has its famous oceanfront outlet, Aperol Pop-Up Bar will offer different vibes to our guests and patrons where they can enjoy the drinks and our tapas-style snacks next to the beach, soak in the unobstructed view and enjoy the Pattaya seascape. Apart from the drinks at the vibrant orange bar, we also offer comfortable seating overlooking the ocean, light snacks and chillout music that is especially curated for the experience as well as live DJ on weekends.
“The pop-up bar is located next to the beach with public access, so non-hotel guests are welcome. Our guests staying with us during the pop-up bar period will also get to enjoy our Evenings at Renaissance ritual, which usually showcases the destination with drinks created with local ingredients, at Aperol Pop-Up Bar four times a week, weather permitting.”
