A romantic Valentine’s 5-course dinner high above Bangkok featuring a dazzling city backdrop and cascading flower display is offered at Nimitr restaurant and rooftop bar on 14 February 2023 by 137 Pillars Suites and Residences Bangkok.
Couples can choose to make this occasion even more exclusive in the private rooftop cabana or the secluded garden on the 29th floor, set with fragrant blooms and gazing across the cityscape.
The set menu begins with an amuse bouche of Hokkaido scallop tartar, followed by an appetiser of slow-cooked milk-fed veal carpaccio and an heirloom tomato consommé. For the main course there is a choice of beef ribeye with truffle infused champignon mushrooms or jumbo tiger prawn with chitarra pasta in garlic. Dessert is red berry white chocolate yoghurt mousse, strawberry chocolate tart, strawberry ice cream and rose honey tea jelly.
Couples can select the Valentine’s Dinner at Nimitr, at the Level 27 rooftop of the hotel, priced at THB 5,990++ per couple including the 5-course set menu, two glasses of Louis Perdrier French sparkling wine, and with the table set with a beautiful floral decoration.
The Romantic Private Dinner option is for couples who desire seclusion, with the venue being the Herb Garden, set amongst greenery on Level 29, or with the rooftop private cabana open to a memorable city view. Price for both of these venues is THB 23,000 net per couple including a bottle of Vieille France Champagne and special romantic decoration.
Full pre-payment is required for both options, with the Romantic Private Dinner additionally needing seven days advance reservation. Cancellation policy is by 10 February to obtain a full refund.
