ROSEWOOD PHUKET’S RED SAUCE INTRODUCES “ITALIAN SUNDAY BRUNCH”

 Guests can extend their relaxing resort experience with a day at the pool and Explorers Club fun for children

Red Sauce restaurant at ultra-luxury Rosewood Phuket, a recommended dining destination for island visitors in the Michelin Guide 2020, launches an extravagant Italian Sunday Brunch, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m, every second Sunday of the month.  Guests will linger long, entertained by live jazz music and mesmerized by Emerald Bay views -- and in fact are invited to make a day of it with complimentary access to the swimming pool and sundeck, while the Explorers Club children’s club also opens its doors to diners’ kids.
 
The expansive brunch buffet includes fresh-catch seafood stations featuring Phuket lobster, blue crab, oysters and salt-encrusted seabass; a BBQ counter; pasta and freshly made pizza; and a charcuterie and cheese table.  The tantalizing pastry array includes fine white chocolate panna cotta and live preparation of crêpes suzette.

Phongskorn Ruangjun, Red Sauce’s talented mixologist and first prize winner of La Maison Cointreau Thailand 2019, has created a signature drink for the occasion:  the Tropic Mary puts a local spin on the classic Bloody Mary with a sweet, spicy, refreshing taste.
 
While adults can opt to extend their sojourn at the pool or beach, little ones will be entertained along with newfound friends at the Explorers Club, with its climbing walls, arts and crafts, performance stage and reading nooks.

The Red Sauce Italian Sunday Brunch is priced at THB2,500 per person including a welcome Tropic Mary and THB3,500 per person including a free-flow of Tropic Mary.
