The “Chinese High Tea” is a culinary delight, showcasing savory bites like scallop-shaped barbecue pork pies and mushroom-shaped polo buns with shrimp and mushroom. Sweet treats include white chocolate mooncake with black sesame praline, mango and sago cream, and goji berry and dark chocolate praline topped with the Asiatique Ancient Tea House logo. Each set is paired with premium Chinese teas, such as Bai Mu Dan (white tea), Dragon’s Well (green tea), Tie Kuan Yin (oolong tea), breakfast tea (dark tea), or chrysanthemum tisane.
The “Valentine’s Day High Tea” will let couples cuddle up together in a serene riverside setting and share a series of lovingly curated treats that are sure to fan the flames of romance. This indulgent selection showcases silky-smooth foie gras mousse with mandarin orange sauce, and deep-fried purple sweet potato with shrimp & pork, plus heavenly heart-shaped white chocolate with coconut praline, and strawberry cream served in a Martini glass, accompanied by Cupid’s Sip, a romantic mocktail which blends oolong milk tea with peach, rose syrup, and lemon.
