This epicurean adventure commences with a succulent poached Japanese Oyster, enhanced with pickled cucumber, beurre blanc sauce, and opulent Oscietra caviar, followed by a fresh Lobster Tomato salad, which showcases luxurious Canadian lobster with marinated Thai zebra tomatoes and a vibrant raspberry sauce. A mouth-watering Mushroom Soup, prepared using premium shiitake and termite mushrooms, will be elevated with a rich truffle scent foam. Couples can then choose from two main courses that highlight exceptional produce from land and sea. Thai Wagyu presents a cut of wonderfully textured, locally-sourced wagyu tenderloin, grilled to perfection and accompanied by pickled mustard seeds and truffle jus, while the heavenly pan-seared Halibut served with turmeric and tomato baked long grain rice and a hot tomato reduction. This enchanting evening comes to a conclusion with the ultimate Valentine’s combination of Chocolate & Strawberry – white chocolate sponge cake with dark chocolate crumb, strawberry sorbet, compressed strawberries, and lime gel & lime sauce.
