Next, savor the sweet and umami flavors of Toothfish, accompanied by baby spinach and citrus beurre blanc. The main course features Hitachi Ribeye A5, premium wagyu imported from Ibaraki, Japan, served with silky butternut purée and black garlic bordelaise sauce. Finally, indulge in a special dessert Fruit farm strawberry yuzu mousse, black forest cake, and lime sorbet.
