Tenko Omakase at Pullman Bangkok King Power welcomes spring with a new seasonal menu, available from March 2025. Inspired by Japan’s seasonal bounty, this curated menu harmonizes delicate flavors with refined techniques for an exceptional dining experience.

The journey begins with an elegant Kumamoto Oyster, gently poached and adorned with Champagne Pearl Mignonette and Oscietra Caviar. A silky Lobster Dashi Chawanmushi, enriched with Hokkaido Uni and Gold Leaf, follows, offering depth and a luxurious texture.
The grilled course highlights smoked A5 Wagyu Sirloin, infused with sakura wood smoked and complemented by wasabi flowers and umeboshi jus. Meanwhile, the nigiri selection features Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper), lightly torched with sakura wood smoke.

A refreshing Sakura Sorbet with Yuzu and Sparkling Sake Foam cleanses the palate before the Chef’s Special Sushi—a decadent Hokkaido Snow Crab Nigiri topped with truffle shavings and blue salt. The experience concludes with a Cherry Blossom Granita served with a Macaron and a handcrafted Sakura & White Chocolate Mousse with Yuzu Curd.
