A unique creation from the restaurant's expert chef, this opulent dish is a celebration of exquisite tastes and textures. A fragrant pot of baked Japanese rice, enhanced with cayenne chili powder for heat and depth, is presented at the table alongside a perfectly cooked organic egg yolk, onion, garlic & leeks slow-cooked in duck fat, chopped chives, and rich, utterly indulgent bone marrow – a rare find on the menus of Bangkok restaurants.
