Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok invites street and seafood lovers to chill out and experience a palatable mash-up of scrumptious “Street and Seafood Night” every Saturday night at NEXT2 Café. Priced is at THB 2,300 net per person and half price for children aged between 6 and 11 years old.
 
Guests can savour Bangkok’s five famous street food recipes that are only known by locals, including Roasted Duck, Phad Thai Goong Sod, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Khao Kha Moo (Stewed Pork Knuckle), Jok (Congee) and then end the night with unique traditional Thai dessert, Kanom Krok (Griddle Coconut Pudding). Fuel the night up with unlimited giant lobsters, fresh oysters, Alaskan king crab legs and other sumptuous seafood dishes.
 
Must-try street food for dinners to experience including Ped Yang-Roasted Duck, cooked in a Hung Oven, carefully heated to produce a brittle skin with juicy tender meat. The famous Phad Thai Goong Sod cannot be missed. Rice noodles flavoured with tamarind pulp together with local spices and topped with fresh tiger prawns. Khao Kha Moo - Stewed Pork Knuckle cooked in a savoury rich soya sauce based broth and Chinese aromatic spices to tender perfection.
 
Khao Man Gai - Hainanese Chicken Rice served with slices of juicy capon meat and eaten with a unique piquant sauce. The last dish to enjoy is Jok – Congee, a slow cooked rice that is served with tender pork balls, soft-boiled egg, ginger and deep-fried dough stick.

Diners can enjoy a parade of scrumptious seafood from live-cooking stations. Highlighted dishes include unlimited Canadian Lobsters, Alaskan King Crabs, Three-Continent Oysters and Bacon Slider with Squid Ink Brioche Bun and many more.
