Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok invites diners to indulge in a “Yum Cha” experience with a superb selection of 46 Cantonese gastronomic homemade dim sum prepared in an authentic style for lunch at Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant. Served every Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at THB 788 net per person.
The extensive delicious unlimited dim sum consists of 15 varieties of steamed dim sum, such as Steamed Siew Mai with Shrimp Roe, Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Xiao Long Bao, Steamed Sweet Cream Buns, Steamed Sticky Rice with Roasted Duck and Chicken, and Homemade Bean Curd with Crab Meat.
The menu also features Steamed Rice Rolls with Honey Glazed Pork, Aromatic Sesame Jelly Fish Cucumber Salad as well as Shang Palace’s BBQ signature dishes Crispy Pork Belly and Honey Grazed Pork Char Siew.
Diners can conclude their dim sum lunch experience with a variety of five desserts, including Shang Palace’s signature Chilled Mango Pudding, Tea Oil Cantonese Sponge Cake, Chilled Sago with Cantaloupe Cream, Glutinous Dumplings with Black Sesame Paste and Rice Dumplings in Ginger Tea.
