A stylish addition to the thriving café culture scene of Bangkok, Sip & Co. opens today in Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok. Comfortable, social, and refined, the new café-kitchen offers a relaxed, all-day environment for digital nomads, groups of friends and families to enjoy the warm ambience and menu of fulfilling dishes.
A neutral palette creates a warm, yet bright, setting, enticing guests throughout the day. Furnishings from NORSE Republics punctuate the space, with dark slate tables and angular high stools sitting in contract with plush lounge chairs and warming lamps. Light wooden paneling used to create distinct pockets of space, suitable for relaxing, meeting, socializing, or working. An al fresco terrace further enhances the café culture of Sip & Co., with tastefully branded awnings offering respite from the sun.
A selection of fresh pastries, baked in-house daily, line the counter; the sweet scent of frosted donuts, rich butter croissants, and Chausson aux pommes welcomes guests into the comforting space. An all-day menu offers healthy options such as the Avocado and Tofu Vegan Poke Bowl (240) – kale, organic mixed greens, arugula, carrots, cucumbers, brown rice and sesame seeds with tahini dressing – and Thai Tossed Quinoa Salad (240) – cucumbers, peanuts, fresh coriander, basil, red onions, oranges and almonds with peanut dressing. Heartier dishes include Braised Beef Cheek (390) – slow cooked Wagyu beef cheek with mash potatoes, sauté mushroom and red wine sauce – and Applewood Smoked Grilled Pork Neck (320) – baked sweet pineapple, blister jalapenos, coconut rice, with guilty pleasures such as Midtown Caramel Toast (220) and Egg & Sausage Wrap (220) also available. Mini café-hoppers can enjoy the likes of Walnut & Banana Pancakes (130) or Cheese Quesadilla (120) from the kids menu.
Coffee is integral to the Sip & Co. experience, and the barista team use beans from CoffeeWORKS to ensure every cup is rich and aromatic. A selection of hot and iced teas – with flavours including Caramel Thai Tea and Macha Latte – are available alongside a range of milkshakes. For the health-conscious, fresh juices and smoothies – including Som Choon Soda, Mango Smoothie, and Passionfruit Smoothie – are on offer.

Inspired by art, architecture and fashion, the HAY team works with the most talented and curious designers from around the world to curate a collection of accessories to suit a diversity of environments.
