For the first time, guests enjoyed a seamless fusion of premium wine tasting and elevated Italian gastronomy, curated by two exceptional culinary talents. Chef Danilo Aiassa, an Italian culinary master from Bacio, renowned for his experience in several prestigious five-star hotels in Bangkok, joins forces with Chef Noi, the resident chef of La Tavola, to create a remarkable Italian dining experience. Each dish was thoughtfully paired with handpicked Italian wines, delivering a truly indulgent and refined dining journey.

To conclude, indulge in the Signature “La Tavola” Tiramisu with Amaretto liqueur and chocolate Manjari or the decadent Profiteroles alla Nocciola, featuring choux, hazelnut ice cream, and white chocolate sauce.
Priced at THB 2,390++ per person for the food-only menu and THB 3,490++ per person with wine pairing, the event also included exclusive access to Sip & Swirl, the hotel’s signature wine-tasting affair held monthly, where guests enjoyed unlimited tastings and the opportunity to purchase premium labels at wholesale prices.
