King Power Mahanakhon calls all health-conscious people to join us and enjoy the incredible "Sky Yoga and Sound" on Sunday 9th October 2022 from 7.00 – 9.30 hrs. on the 74th floor, King Power Mahanakhon.
At this unique session, Ms. Nunticha Kiathapkajon, or "Kru Vee", from @mindbodysoul_v_fhurry, will teach you how to balance your body, mind and spirit, via the latest exercise and yoga poses. Plus, breathing meditation through yoga postures will stimulate the organs and glands in the body to work better.
As an added exciting extra, the session also includes sound wave therapy from Ms. Mo Thanyareth Pasricha from @kefiliaforyou, a certified sound healer who uses crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. The crystal bowls produce a beautiful sound and the sound waves work in the body, causing us to bring consciousness back to ourselves and enter deep meditation, which helps to release trapped emotions in a better way. It is also believed that these sound waves can help us feel more relaxed and calmer.
After the session, you can refresh yourself with a healthy acai bowl from "Acai Story".
