This enchanting event will kick off at sunset, as couples, families and friends gather at the resort’s beach, where talented chefs will be cooking fresh local seafood and premium meats on a live charcoal grill.

These chargrilled treats will be complemented by a full buffet dinner, including a Healthy Corner with crisp salads and dressings, a Deli Section with cured meats, cheeses, and salmon gravlax, plus succulent Seafood on Ice – Pacific oysters, jumbo mussels, and squid with plenty of condiments – handcrafted Sushi & Sashimi, Thai dishes, and a live Carving Station featuring whole baked sea bass, Australian lamb leg, crispy pork belly, and black pepper & mustard crusted Angus beef rump, perfectly paired with a choice of side dishes.
