| The renowned one-Michelin-star restaurant Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin welcomes the season of cool breezes and festivities with the new Winter Journey set dinner menu. Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin Senior Head Chef Chayawee Sutcharitchan, in collaboration with Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen of Copenhagen’s famous Kiin Kiin restaurant, has unveiled the latest in dining secrets as part of a new set dinner menu that is based upon the flavours of the cool winter months. Winter Journey, comprising eight exquisite courses, begins with Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin’s famous “street food”, a selection of tantalising bites. The captivating set dinner features tom yum served with prawn cracker and Thai taco; Thai scallop ceviche with ginger and yuzu sorbet; tom kha with wild mushrooms and truffle; yellow curry with crab meat and corn; and wagyu beef served with soy sesame butter, baked rice with five spices. “This amazing eight-course set dinner concludes perfectly with a unique and enchanting dessert,” explained Chef Chayawee Sutcharitchan. “The orange cake with passionfruit foam and kumquat is served with vanilla ice cream as my special surprise.” |   |
The playful flavours and elements of the Winter Journey set menu are crafted and choreographed with care and precision to bring out the distinctive Thai flavours in each dish using daring combinations.
The Winter Journey set dinner menu is now available at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin and is priced at THB 3,200++ per person for food only. Additional wine pairing at THB 2,300++.
Dining prices are exclusive of 7% government tax and 10% service charge
