| THE renowned one Michelin-star restaurant, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok recently unveiled its latest summer menu available from April 1 onward.  | The new creatively created set dinner menu features items like the delicious white asparagus carefully sourced from Korat served with crab in red curry pudding and white asparagus foam sauce; salad cotton candy with red snapper and refreshing cucumber dressing; tuna tartar topped with sesame, soy and veal with lemon grass and pickled pineapple. Dessert includes Pistachio souffle before concluding with the imaginative and creative petit fours. The Summer Journey set dinner menu is available from April 1, 2018 onward and priced at B3,200++ only at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. The restaurant opens daily for lunch from noon to 3pm and for dinner from 6pm to midnight (with last order at 9pm for dinner).
