Every year under the soft glow of the full moon, Thai people gather at rivers and lakes across the kingdom to light candles and release handcrafted “krathongs” – floating vessels usually made from woven leaves – into the water to receive positive blessings for the year ahead. This November, couples, families and friends can mark Loy Krathong with a heartfelt festive dining experience, including an exclusive à la carte menu, a bountiful buffet, and a series of special dishes.
Special Culinary Experiences
From November 3-9, 2025 (16:00 – 22:-30 hrs), guests can savor a curated À La Carte menu with enticing options such as Sous Vide Tenderloin Beef with garlic-yolk emulsion, pink peppercorns, and sea salt, a sublime Sea Bass Steak with romesco, chorizo, and sea asparagus, Beef Cheek Green Curry with roti and steamed rice, or marinated Baked Pork Chop on the Bone.
Evenings can be elevated with a selection of Signature Dishes crafted especially for this exquisite occasion. Choose from a succulent Seafood on Ice Platter featuring Fine de Claire oysters, tiger prawns, and Dutch mussels accompanied with seafood sauce and pineapple mignonette, a unique Thai-Italian creation of Pasta Pad Kee Mao Talay, which bursts with fresh ingredients such as prawns, squid, Asari clams, chili, garlic, holy basil, and young peppercorns, and Vietnamese Rice Dumplings with minced pork, pickled carrots and crispy shallots. The night then ends with a choice of traditional Thai desserts, including Water Chestnut Red Rubies in Creamy Coconut Syrup, Pandan Vermicelli in Palm Sugar Coconut Milk, and Thai Coconut Pancakes.

On the night of 5 November 2025 (18:00–22:00 hrs.), loved ones can gather together and indulge in a heavenly buffet dinner by the river. Having been warmly welcomed aboard Sirimahannop, guests will be able to float a krathong on the river and make a wish as it drifts away. Each table will then be presented with a sensational Seafood on Ice Platter to share, and diners can socialize and savor sensational dishes cooked to-order at interactive Live Stations. Options include Thai-Style Australian Wagyu Beef Brisket, Pasta Pad Khee Mao Talay, Vietnamese Rice Dumplings, Charcoal-Grilled Seafood (shrimp, squid, scallop, and Babylon clams with seafood sauce), and Chicken Satay & Pork Satay. Every dining journey can then end with a choice of Thai desserts.
A live DJ will be spinning uplifting tunes from 19:00 hrs onwards, and an optional package of beer, wine, and spirits will keep the party vibe flowing until late.
