With a seat in the sky, guests can help themselves to seafood on ice, the carving station, the sushi station, foie gras, cheese platters, cold cuts and dessert from 11am - 2pm. The a la carte menu celebrates East meets West. On the must-try list are: Khao Soy Gai, a fragrant curry soup from Northern Thailand, with crispy noodles, ginger, lemon and chives; the Potato Truffle Cream Soup with coconut foam and the Seared White Tuna with a spicy mushroom sauce.
Included in brunch is access to the infinity pool for the afternoon. Where you can order more drinks at the swim-up bar and recline on lounge chairs with stunning views of the ocean. It is also kid-friendly with a separate pool for little ones and lots of healthy menu items if the kids get peckish again. Kids will also love exploring Sky Deck, a glass-bottomed observation platform, and will get a thrill looking down 110 meters to waterpark below.
During the festive season, Vana Nava Sky will be celebrating with luminous laser light shows every Friday and Saturday night in December. On Christmas Day enjoy brunch with Christmas treats and festive cocktails. For New Year’s Eve, Vana Nava Sky offers the best views of the fireworks with DJs, magicians and bespoke NYE cocktails.
