Available both as a lavish six-course set (with an optional wine pairing) or individual a la carte dishes, this luxurious menu promises feel-good winter flavors with a focus on premium, in-season ingredients.
These include highlights like the ‘Sesame Crusted Pan Seared Foie Gras Tenderloin’; ‘Pan Seared Sturgeon Fillet with Cucumber and vermicelli, paprika cream sauce’; and ‘Gratinated Veal Tenderloin with Porcini “Duxelle”’.
