A perfect chance to come and experience our smaller, more intimate venue here at the Food Hall of Central Chidlom is on Thursday, 25 April, as UNO MAS Executive Chef Sandro Aguilera and his team deliver a Spanish tasting menu with wine pairing – entitled “Spanish Pilgrimage”.
“Stage One” of the menu kicks off with a “Wrapped Cod Confit” (paired with You & Me D.O. Rias Baixas Albariño 2015) followed by “Bonito Belly” (Ravioli of wild black garlic - leek - concentrated juice) and then “Traditional Land & Ocean” (Ibérico Presa pork - Denia red prawn – consommé paired with a Baron De Ley Varietales Garnacha D.O.C Rioja 2014) as “Stage Two”. We finish the evening with “Turron”, a dessert made from almond and crunchy ice cream with a Manzana Apple Liqueur.
The evening’s dinner, including all courses and wine selections, is priced at THB 2,500 NET and runs from 19.00 to 21.00 on April 25, 2019.
