Bangkok, Thailand, July 22, 2025 – The Siam Tea Room, the authentic Thai restaurant and casual café at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is inviting guests to savor the bounty of nature with an original menu that highlights the lotus – an iconic flower that blooms on lakes and waterways all across Thailand at this evocative time of year.
Our talented Thai chefs have crafted six delectable dishes that capture the nourishing flavor of lotus root (or stem), which has a mild, nutty taste, while also being high in fiber, lotus seeds, which can be eaten fresh and are a great source of vitamin B, and lotus leaves, which are famed for their distinctive earthy fragrance and are rich in antioxidants. Many of the dishes also showcase sustainably sourced Thai seafood, to create a truly exquisite culinary experience.
