Created by Resident Chef Giordano Rossini (Chef “Gio”) and his talented culinary team, it showcases traditional Italian favorites infused with a touch of tantalizing, local flavor. Seafood features heavily, with dishes such as Crab Meat and Avocado Salad, Spaghetti with River Prawn and Chili and Black Tagliolini with Crab Meat and Scallops. Chef Gio’s famous pizzas are, of course, on the menu, with local favorite Ka Prao Prawn Pizza making its debut!

The restaurant is also launching “Unicorn Splash” a colorful, distinctive Signature Mocktail that is a “must-try” for THB 140 nett, and in the early evening, selected drinks including wine, can be enjoyed for THB 150 nett.
