Chef Amerigo Tito Sesti’s delectable updates to the zesty resto-bar’s list of creative Italian offerings include an all-new Tuna Tartare (organic tuna tartare with sun-dried tomatoes, capers and spicy flat bread), Southern Squid Salad (marinated squid, fennel and cucumber salad with Antito’s spicy vinaigrette), a new variety of our traditional Pizza Fritta (caramelized onion, pancetta, Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar), Panino Italian Sausage and Truffle (grilled ciabatta bread with mushroom ketchup, Italian sausage, caramelized onion and a truffled Parmesan cream), Spaghettoni with Scallops and Black Truffle (homemade spaghetti with Hokkaido scallops, mushrooms and truffle butter sauce) and a Phuket Lobster and Truffle Ravioli (fresh pasta ravioli stuffed with Phuket lobster and leek served with a truffled lobster cream). For that extra umami-loaded flavour, fresh truffle shavings can now be added to any of our dishes for a bit of decadence in every bite (THB 240 net for 3 grams).
