The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to celebrate their blessings of the past year with an Epic Thanksgiving dinner buffet enjoyed with friends and family at VIU on Thursday, November 24, 2022.
Specially created for one day only, the Thanksgiving feast features classic dishes including Roast Turkey with Orange and Sage served with Orange Giblet Gravy and Baked Whole Snapper, served alongside Brussels Sprouts; Cheesy Hasselback Potato, Spiced Pumpkin Soup; Citrus and Pomegranate Salad and Autumn Vegetables Salad.
Sweet festive highlights that capture the autumn harvest feast include Hazelnut Tiramisu; Key Lime Pie; and Caramel Eclairs.
The Epic dinner experience also includes unlimited seafood on ice, Miso-Glazed Snow Fish, and a whole lobster per person, served as Grilled Lobster Thermidor; Grilled Lobster served with fresh lemon; or Truffle Mushroom Risotto served with Grilled Lobster.
Unlimited a la carte dishes including grilled beef, lamb, and other meats are prepared to order and served directly to the table. Also on offer is an exceptional selection of cold cuts and cheese including Fresh Melon and Parma Ham; and 24 month Jamón Ibérico with Manchego Cheese.
The Epic buffet dinner experience is completed with desserts including homemade ice cream, cheesecake, and tiramisu.
