Palette of Love offered from 10 February to 31 March 2023 at The St. Regis Bar
The St. Regis Bangkok presents the new Palette of Love Afternoon Tea, in partnership with local artist, Napat Pukavanatch.
Available from 10 February to 31 March 2023, the exquisite afternoon tea draws inspiration from the artist’s technique of writing with tubes of paint in her eponymous art exhibition. As part of the afternoon tea experience, guests are presented with colored cream and heart-shaped chocolate strawberry scones, inviting them to express their personality and showcase their creativity through edible art.
Savory afternoon tea menu items include Crispy Parma Ham with Watermelon Jelly and Chopped Olives; Profiteroles with Uni Cream and Assorted Seaweed; Soaked Babas in floral-scented Champagne topped with Cocktail Shrimp; Open Sandwich with Beetroot Salmon Gravlax and Salmon Roe; and Beef Tartare with Truffle and Caviar, Served in Chocolate Cone.
Complementing the savory selection are sweet indulgences including Strawberry Heart Macaron; Rose Bavaroise with Champagne Jelly Sable Breton; Red Velvet Torte; Cherry Pana Cotta and French Opera Cake.
A curated selection of Napat’s art pieces will also be on display at The St. Regis Bar from 10 February to 31 March 2023. The word “love” featured in all her artwork is inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s quote “What is done in love is done well”, a philosophy that has guided her personal journey of art. The multi-talented artist has diplomas in interior design and drama, a bachelor’s in Industrial Economics, and an MBA, but it wasn’t until her experience with art therapy to overcome depression that she came to fully appreciate the power of art.
Her signature Layer of Love piece has also been made into a silk scarf, which guests will receive with a minimum spend of THB 4,000 paid with KTC Visa card. And KTC VISA cardholders also receive a complimentary mocktail for one person per afternoon tea, plus a 10% discount per bill.
The Palette of Love Afternoon Tea experience is priced at THB 1,000++ per set per person including a choice of tea or coffee. The afternoon tea is presented during from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM from 10 February to 31 March 2023 at The St. Regis Bar and The Drawing Room on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok.
