The St. Regis Bangkok Signature Sunday Brunch presents an immersive dining experience featuring live performances and surprise entertainment every third Sunday of the month at VIU restaurant.
Each Signature Themed Sunday Brunch takes diners on a new gastronomic journey with authentic food and beverage inspired by compelling culinary themes.
For the inaugural Signature Themed Sunday Brunch on Sunday 15 March, The St. Regis Bangkok invites guest to explore the bounty of the land and sea with dishes inspired by the hearty, healthy cuisine of the Mediterranean Basin. Special mains cooked to order include char-grilled giant octopus with salsa verde and herbed lamb cutlet with roasted vegetables, accompanied by Mediterranean baked salmon, seafood paella, and shakshuka with spicy chorizo at the carving station.
