The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to enjoy the earthy charm of autumn with a new afternoon tea presented exclusively at The St. Regis Bar from 17 October to 30 November 2022.
The Autumn Afternoon Tea features savory treats including Red Velvet Bread, Smoked Duck and Berries Sauce. Seasonal root ingredients are showcased including Octopus and Heirloom Tomatoes; Beetroot and Mustard Marinated Salmon on Éclair/ and Organic Root Vegetable, Hummus, and Green Olive Crumb. Guests can also indulge in the exquisite taste pairings of Parma Ham & Fig.
Sweet creations created especially for the Autumn Afternoon Tea include the Pistachio Éclair and Raspberry Pate de Fruit. Chocolate indulgences are enjoyed in the form of a decadent 72% Dark Chocolate Caramel Macaron and Coco Rocher Cronut. The classic carrot cake gets a twist and is reimagined as a moist Carrot Cake Swiss Roll.
Freshly baked classic scones are served alongside Cranberry Scones, served with apple, herb infused orange jam and clotted cream.
To reflect the woody, earthy tones of autumn, the afternoon tea experience is served on a layered wooden stand with matching bowls.
The “Autumn Afternoon Tea” experience is priced at THB 1,800++ per set including tea or coffee for two persons. The afternoon tea is presented during 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM from 17 October to 30 November 2022 at The St. Regis Bar and The Drawing Room on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok.
