The Nest’s Allen Fang to take over The St. Regis Bar on March 25
The St. Regis Bangkok presents celebrated bartender Allen Fang from The Nest in Shanghai, China, for a guest shift at The St. Regis Bar.
The winner of numerous international cocktail competitions such as World Class Competition 2022 China, DRiNK Awards Bartender of the Year (Top 10) in 2020 and Shanghai Wow Best Junior Bartender in 2017. Allen is a well-known mixologist with a decade of experience in China, including at The Nest, where he is currently Head Bartender and Bar Manager. He is also the co-founder of DreamSicle Bar, also located in Shanghai.
Exclusively for one evening only, Allen presents a selection of exquisite cocktails on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, where guests can relax in the intimate ambience of The St. Regis Bar overlooking the city.
The choice of five cocktails includes Spring Tea Champagne Cocktail, a sparkling vodka-based drink with hints of genmaicha, elderflower, oolong tea, and eucalyptus. The city’s luminaries can also enjoy Durian Gray, a gin-infused beverage that pays homage to the King of Fruit, and a fiery The Love Cure, a tequila drink with cured tomato & onion, pine nut cordial, sour orange, perilla leaves and serrano chili dust.
Guest bartender Allen Fang will be behind the bar from 7:00 PM until 11:00 PM at The St. Regis Bar on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Cocktails start from THB 440 ++ per glass.
