Passionately curated by executive Thai chef Santiphap ‘Por’ Petchwao of Centara Grand’s Suan Bua Restaurant, featured dishes from the selection, made reflecting recipes that date back to the Ayutthaya period, some 100 years ago, include some highlights such as Goong Sa Rong, fried shrimps wrapped in Phuket noodles, drizzled with mango sauce; and Sang Wah Ped, Thai old-fashioned roasted duck salad with traditional herbs.
