Biscotti – A decadent four-course menu offers true Italian romance. Enjoy culinary masterpieces including Acquerello Risotto with red beetroot, Burrata d’Andria and liquorice foam; and seared Red Mullet topped with Passito wine on Mandarin confit and ardent asparagus. The Valentine’s Day set dinner at Biscotti costs B3,990++ per couple and B6,990++ per couple with a bottle of Taittinger Brut Champagne, from 6 – 10.30 pm.

Madison – Contemporary Steakhouse Seductions Experience gourmet dining and savour a five-course menu of modern steakhouse temptations such as Duck Consommé with Ricotta mushroom and truffle ravioli; and slow-cooked Iberico lamb loin with green vegetables, Jerusalem puree and goat cheese foam. The Valentine’s Day set dinner at Madison costs B4,990++ per couple, from 6 – 10.30 pm.

Shintaro – Japanese Delights Journey Enjoy seafood delicacies expertly prepared by Chef Satoshi Sawada, from a Sashimi plate
of Chutoro, Red Snapper, sweet shrimps, Hokkaido scallops and salmon to share; to Miso grilled lobster and Snow Fish served with Maitake mushrooms, snow peas and caramelised lemon. The Valentine’s Day set menu at Shintaro costs B5,500++ per couple, from 11.30 am – 2.30 pm for lunch and 5 – 10.30 pm. for dinner.

Aqua – Moët & Chandon Valentine’s at Aqua Retreat to the Bangkok jet set’s much-loved retreat from the capital’s buzz, Aqua, for a selection of excellent Moët & Chandon Champagnes served by the glass and paired with oysters and caviar, from 6 pm-midnight. 

Lobby Lounge – Afternoon Tea Delight in Anantara Siam’s famous Afternoon Tea prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Duffaut and experience world-renowned Mariage Frères teas.
