Upholding the tradition of masterfully crafted dishes, diners can choose to celebrate with friends and family in a traditional Cantonese on the 24th, 25th and 26th January 2020.

Specialising in Cantonese cuisine, the team of chefs at Yuan will present delightful dishes that married tradition with festive dishes symbolising wealth, surplus and prosperity as diners gather with their loved ones. With options of a la carte and special set menu especially designed for 2020 Chinese New Year, highlighting sautéed abalone, steamed fish in soya sauce, pecking duck, Australian sea scallop and suckling pig at your choice. The special 9-course Chinese New Year set menu for 10 persons is priced from THB 19,500 to THB 68,000. Pay extra THB 200 person for free flow soft drinks, Chrysanthemum tea and Chinese tea.

The hotel will be having live performances for Chinese New Year such as the Lion Dance on the 24th January at 12:00 pm. The lion dance is a traditional form of dance in Chinese culture designed to usher in luck and prosperity, and drive away negativity and live Guzseng performance on the 25th January from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
