When night falls on February 14th, Splash Pool will transform into a romantic hideaway. Above it all on the 10th floor, let the glittering lights of Bangkok’s city skyline bear witness to your love as you dine on our delightful 5-course set dinner menu.
Start with our scrumptious appetizer of Duo of fresh oyster with spicy lime sauce and strawberry saffron sauce, followed by Pan fried foie gras served with pear chutney, wild rocket and toasted brioche, before going to Seared scallop served with beetroot risotto and fennel citrus salad, Baked Australian lamb chops served with eggplant caviar, sweet garlic and chocolate truffle sauce, ending with strawberry pavlova with mascarpone cream and mixed berry sorbet.
